We have used the mildest surfactants, Indian Soapberry and Acacia Concinna, which strengthen roots even as they cleanse. extracts of White Willow Bark stimulate exfoliation of dead cells and dirt—gently all along. At the same time, a combination of botanical actives such as Curcuma Longa Root, Camellia Sinensis Leaf, Chamomilla Recutita Flower, and Rosamarinus Officinalis Leaf provide an anti-pollution armour for scalp and hair fibers. To smoothen disturbed, roughened hair cuticles we have Furcellaria Lumbricalis and seaweed acquired from sustainable sources. This leaves your hair smoother and softer. We have also added Saccharide Isomerate to deliver intense hydration and prevent scalp from being itchy and dry. One of the key ingredients here is Alpha Glucan Oligosaccharide, which rectifies disturbed scalp microbiome and strengthens scalp barrier.

The sustainability of plant-based hair shampoo can be evaluated based on several factors, including the ingredients used, the packaging, and the production process. Here are some key considerations:

Ingredients: Plant-based hair shampoos use natural and biodegradable ingredients that are gentle on the hair and scalp, and do not contain harsh chemicals that can harm the environment. Look for products that use sustainably sourced ingredients and avoid those that use palm oil or other ingredients that contribute to deforestation.

Packaging: The packaging of plant-based hair shampoo should be environmentally friendly, recyclable or biodegradable, and minimize waste. Look for products that use minimal packaging or packaging made from recycled or sustainable materials.

Production process: Consider the environmental impact of the production process of the hair shampoo. Companies that use renewable energy, minimize waste, and prioritize water conservation are generally more sustainable.

In addition to these factors, it is important to choose plant-based hair shampoos that are certified by recognized sustainability organizations, such as the Environmental Working Group (EWG) or the USDA Certified Organic label. These certifications ensure that the product has met strict standards for sustainability and environmental impact.

Overall, the sustainability of plant-based hair shampoo depends on a variety of factors, but choosing products that prioritize environmental impact and sustainability can make a significant difference in reducing the environmental footprint of personal care products.
